We are pleased to welcome the life coaching services of Patricia Raphael to Elite Gynecology Miami. Life coaching is a transformational process designed to help you gain clarity on your current situation so that you can make the changes you need to move forward and live a better life and to embark on a journey towards self-discovery, learning, and growth. Patricia is certified through iPEC, the leader in coach training education.
Insurance/Payment/Billing
At Elite Gynecology Miami, we are contracted with most major insurance plans. Please contact your insurance company or you may call our office at (305) 602-3022 to find out if we are in-network. If your insurance plan requires you to pay a co-payment, co-insurance, and/or a deductible, you will be advised before your visit and may need to pay at the time of your visit. For your convenience, we accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We also provide discounted pricing for self-payers.
